- Payment is required in full before work starts.
- Once payment is received, your review is delivered within a few working days.
Because this is a personalised, time-based service, refunds are not available once work has started.
If you change your mind before work begins, please email as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Ongoing clarity support (subscription)
- Subscription payments are taken monthly in advance.
- There is no long-term contract and no lock-in.
- You can cancel at any time, and your support will continue until the end of the current billing period.
